Sessions may be conducted live via Zoom or other approved video platforms.
2. Eligibility and Supervision
SmartSeedKids services are designed for children, but all accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
Children may participate in sessions only under parental consent and supervision.
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enroll your child.
3. Registration and Accounts
Parents may register on behalf of their children and provide necessary information such as the child’s first name, age, and grade.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.
Accounts may not be transferred or shared with others outside your family.
4. Online Sessions
All classes are conducted via Zoom or other approved platforms.
You are responsible for ensuring your child has access to a stable internet connection and device suitable for participation.
For safety and quality, SmartSeedKids may record sessions for internal review and improvement. Recordings will not be shared publicly without consent.
Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and peers. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the session or program.
5. Learning Materials and Intellectual Property
All materials, lesson plans, videos, illustrations, and other content provided through SmartSeedKids are the intellectual property of SmartSeedKids and are protected by copyright and related laws.
Parents and students may access these materials only for personal, educational use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publish any content without written permission.

Avoid inappropriate language, gestures, or behavior during sessions
